Well, here’s my ultimate fudgy avocado brownies that can fix your sweet tooth craving, and yet these are more than just ordinary brownies, they are also dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and they can also fit into your KETO diet! Here we go, my fudgy & dairy-free avocado brownies recipe!
Jump to RecipeThe little twists in my recipe…
- Avocado in puree form. It is going to give you that creamy consistency like the egg does.
- Avocado Oil to be sure your avocado blends into creamy puree form, you need as much of the avocado oil to create the consistency of the texture.
- Coconut Sugar is here to give a touch of sweetness a little bit more than organic cane sugar.
- Organic Cane Sugar to replace regular white sugar. It is a healthier choice of sugar and less sweet as well.
- Chocolate Hazelnut Soy Milk Who needs cow milk when you have a variety of nut soy milk? This is one of my favorite soy milk. So tasty and yet so nutritious. It gives a touch of that silky consistency in your brownies mixture and compares to almond butter it has a less strong nutty taste.
So yes, next time when you are craving for sweet tooth again, you don’t need to be guilty. These brownies are actually good for health!

60gĀ pureed or well-mashed avocado
50gĀ avocado oilĀ /extra-virgin olive oil /coconut oil
145gĀ corn-flour
60gĀ unsweetened cocoa powder
30g coconut sugar
100g organic cane sugar
1 teaspoonĀ baking soda
180ml chocolate hazelnut soy milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ĀŗC and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix the avocado (peel and pit removed) and avocado oil in a food processor until pureed form to get rid of all the avocado chunks.
- Combine the cacao powder, cornflour, coconut sugar, organic cane sugar, baking powder, and walnut soy milk. Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the bowl as needed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared pan. (Decorate the top with a few extra chocolate chips, if desired.)
- Bake at 180ĀŗC for 30 minutes, or until the center of the brownies looks cooked-through. (You don’t want any jiggle when you shake the pan.) If it’s over-cooked, it will become a chocolate cake.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely.
- Slice the brownies into small squares and serve.
Notes
- It’s normal for this brownie to stick to the knife a bit with you cut them since they are very fudgy.
- Leftovers can be stored on the counter for up to 48 hours, or in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
final thoughts…
While this recipe is nothing new and I was inspired by some online recipes like many others, but replacing eggs with avocado puree and avocado oil is actually creating a new texture for my family. And finally, it is also the only brownies version recipe that I have made that valid by my family (Yes I have tried many and you don’t want to know how many fail-attempt). This vegan, keto, and gluten-free recipe is not only fudgy but also contains healthy fats that are easily absorbed by our body. And it is also kids friendly as you won’t be worrying too much about them consuming too much sugar.
Please try it and let me know how do you like it. And if you have some new twists, do let me know too as I would love to try it as well! If you like a crispy type of dessert, this coconut oil chocolate chips cookies recipe may become one of your favorites.
Happy baking!
