To make use of the foot soak ideas below, be sure to have these basics:
- Tub. For each soak, youāll want a bathtub, a large, shallow washbasin, or a foot tub.

- Time. Soak for 15 to 60 minutes.

This foot soak is designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation for tired feet. Ginger oil and wintergreen in the recipe have that spicy tangy smells, which helps for blood circulation. Eucalyptus and cypress essential oil both have antimicrobial activity, thus helps for foot deodorization. And finally, lavender oil promotes relaxation not just to the foot muscle, the aroma helps also settling down the mood.
sore foot and muscle relaxation FOOT SOAK
- 1/2 cup Epsom salt
- 4 drops Copaiba essential oil
- 4 drops PanAwayĀ® essential oil blend
- Warm water
This foot soak is designed to treat sore feet or any foot muscle pain. Panaway is a synergy blend from Young Living, one of the properties of the oil is that it helps drive the pain and soreness away.
Copaiba essential oil in the recipe act as an anti-inflammatory, promote wound healing, and provides pain relief.
Directions:
- Mix the Epsom salt and essential oils in a small bowl.
- Find a container that is big enough for your feet. Fill this with warm water up to your ankles.
- Add the salt mixture into the container and mix it a little. Let the bath soak dissolve for 2 minutes.
- Check the temperature of the water to make sure itās the right warmth for you.
- Slip your feet into the foot soak, and keep them submerged for 30 to 45 minutes. Sit back, relax, and Netflix.
- Rinse your feet with cool water. Thoroughly dry your feet and use some lotion to lock in moisture. You can also massage your feet while applying lotion to further ease any discomfort you may be feeling.
