Fancy for a French dessert with an orange twist this afternoon? Here you go!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes. Approximately 12 ~13 crêpes.
Ingredients:
- 250g of all-purpose flour
- 500ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 teaspoons of cane sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 8 drops of YL Orange Essential Oil
- 1 orange for the zest (optional)
Cooking Instruction:
- First of all, mix the pinch of salt together with the 3 teaspoons of cane sugar and the 250g of all purpose flour in a mixing bowl.
- Add in 3 eggs and mix evenly with the mixture.
- During the mixing process, gradually add in the 500ml of milk until the mixture is evenly mixed.
- Add in 8 drops of YL Orange Essential Oil into the batter and mix well.
- Warm a non stick pan and grease it lightly with butter.
- Once the pan is warm, scoop a ladle of batter and evenly spread on the pan.
- Flip to the other side when one side is cook (it is lightly browned when its cooked)
- Cook till each side is browned and then take it out with a spade.
- Repeat until all the batter is finish.
